Cecilia West Spivy is one of the partners of Medley & Spivy, an association of attorneys. The firm was established on December 1, 2003. Her practice is limited to real estate transactions and estate planning. She is an Agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Agency.

Cecilia received her law degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Prior to receiving her law degrees, Cecilia graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1983. Cecilia was admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee in October of 1987. Cecilia is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in the State of Tennessee as well as in the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Cecilia is a member of the Marshall County and Tennessee Bar Association. She was the first female member of the Marshall County Bar Association. In 1992, Cecilia served as the first female President of the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce. Cecilia is currently serving as the Attorney for the Marshall County Emergency Communications District, the Marshall County Board of Public Utilties, and Horton Highway Utiltiy District.

Cecilia lives in Lewisburg with her husband, Tommy. She has two stepsons and two grandsons.
